By using the BodyselfieTV Services and accessing the Content, you agree to give BMI the right to collect certain information, including your registration information (name, birth date, address, and other information you provide when you create an account with BodyselfieTV), your IP address, information about your interaction with the Content, including User Content and preferences, and technical information such as the type of browser and device you use, data from your device’s touchscreen, accelerometer and gyroscope sensors. All of this information is required in order for you to use the BodyselfieTV Services or access the Content.
When you are using the Service or accessing the Content, we will ask you to share additional information to enhance your user experience. Examples of this information include your specific location, the images you choose to upload, information about your contacts that you choose to share with us, and your microphone.
When you choose to access the Instructor Playlist within any workout or sequence that is part of the BodyselfieTV Content, you are agreeing to allow us to share your information with third-party Spotify, subject to Spotify’s terms of service and privacy policy. If you choose to sign up for the BodyselfieTV Service through FaceBook or a mobile provider, you are agreeing to allow us to share information with them and to allow them to share information with us, in order to enable your BodyselfieTV account. From time to time, we also share some of your information with our marketing partners and advertisers. This enables us to enhance and customize your user experience, and keep subscription costs to a minimum. You may also ask us to share information, for example, preferences and progress data, with friends who may or may not be BodyselfieTV subscribers.
By creating an account with BodyselfieTV, using the Service or accessing the Content, you agree to the use of cookies and other technology, to the transfer of your information outside of the country where you live, to the collection, use, sharing and other processing of your information, including for advertising-related purposes, and to the public availability of your information. If you do not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, please do not use the BodyselfieTV Service.
COOKIES, WIDGETS and USAGE DATA
We use a variety of technologies to collect information about the way our Service is used and how our Content is accessed. This information may include information about your interactions with the Service and third-party Applications, as well as information about your interaction with advertising products and services which are offered, linked to, or made available through the Service. We also collect the details about the queries you make, the date and time of the requests, your User Content that you post to the Service, your URL information, your cookie data, your IP address, the types of devices you are using, your unique device ID, your network connection type, your browser type, the information enabling digital rights management, your operating system, and the version of the BodyselfieTV application that you are using.
If you integrate your BodyselfieTV account with Third Party Applications, we may receive additional similar information related to your interactions with the Service on the Third Party Applications, along with information about your publicly-available activity on the Third Party Application. We may use cookies and other technology to collection this information.
If you interact with the Spotify widget in connection with using the Service or accessing the Content, you agree to allow sharing between BMI and Spotify of certain information including your IP address, browsing activity, URL information, cookie data, network connection, and other information. Spotify and its widget may recognize you and the widget may be used to show you personalized content or advertising.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
If you sign up for a Paid Subscription or Trial Subscription, or make other purchases through the Service, your credit or debit card information and other financial data needed to process your payment may be collected and stored by us and our third-party payment processors with whom we contract to process your payment. The payment processors may share with us limited information related to you, such as your card type, expiration date and part or all of your card number.
By accepting the Privacy Policy, accessing the Content and using the Service, you expressly authorize BMI to use and share the information you provide to BMI with other companies, business partners, and service providers, some of which may be located outside of your country of residence, in a country that does not provide the same level of protection for the processing of personal data as the country of your residence. You acknowledge and agree to the importance of sharing such information for the provision of the BodyselfieTV Service and also agree that by accepting this Privacy Policy, where applicable and to the extent permitted by law, you expressly waive your rights under any local banking secrecy laws with regard to BMI, and any of its business partners and service providers, which may be located outside your country of residence. This consent is given for the duration of your relationship with BMI.

From time to time, we may display advertisements from third parties and other content that links to third party websites. We cannot control of be held responsible for third parties’ privacy practices and content Please review the privacy policies of those third parties to find out how they collect and use your personal information.
SECURITY
Your password protects your user account, so you should use a strong password, limit access to your computer and log out after using the BodyselfieTV Service. Although we take data protection precautions, your use of the BodyselfieTV Service and Content, and the data you share as a result, are at your own risk. No security measures that we can take are completely secure and we do not guarantee the security of user information.
AGE LIMIT
The BodyselfieTV Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. In some countries, stricter age limits may apply. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or the applicable Age Limit. If you are under the Age Limit, do not use the BodyselfieTV Service and do not provide any personal information to us. If you are a parent of a child under the Age Limit and become aware that your child has provided personal information to BMI or in connection with BodyselfieTV, please contact us at support@bodyselfietv.com and request exercise of your access, rectification, cancellation or objection rights. If you are a California resident under the age of 18 and you wish to remove publicly available content, please contact us at support@bodyselfietv.com.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to make changes to the Agreements, including this Privacy Policy. When we make material changes to the Agreements, we will provide you with notice as appropriate under the circumstances, including but not limited to sending an email to the address you have provided to us. In some cases we will notify you in advance, and your continued use of the Service and accessing the Content after the changes have been made will constitute acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not wish to continue using the Service under the new version of the Agreements, you may terminate the Agreements by contacting us via the Contact Us information on our website.
